Rajiv holds Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Metallurgy from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has done Advance Management Programme from CEDEP (INSEAD, France) and Director Certification Program from Institute of Directors, Thailand.

Over last 33 years, he has worked in manufacturing, planning, marketing and sale of steel. He has held various leadership positions like President & CEO of Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Co Limited, Business Head for Steel Tubes and Steel Wires at Tata Steel. Since Jan 2023, he is responsible for driving Safety, Health & Sustainability at Tata Steel India as Vice President (Safety, Health and Sustainability).

Rajiv stays with his family in Jamshedpur, India.

Mr. Binod Kumar Das is a B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT, Kharagpur and M. Tech (Production Engineering) from NIT, Jamshedpur. He joined Tata Steel as a Graduate Trainee in 1980.

Over the period of time, he has worked in Raw Material Bedding & Blending, Sinter Plants and Mechanical Maintenance.

In 2013, he was promoted as Dy. Vice President Coke, Sinter & Iron Making and in 2014, he was redesignated as Vice President Coke, Sinter & Iron, CSI.

He was the Chairman of the “Solid Waste Management Committee” of Tata Steel and has been a Director of The Tata Pigments Limited since 2010.

Mr. Anil Kr Singh Harshana joined Tata Steel as a Graduate Trainee in 1999 after completing B.E in Mechanical from University of Roorkee. He subsequently completed Executive Post-Graduate Diploma from XIM, Bhubaneswar. Since 1999, he has worked in different capacities across Supply Chain. He has varied and rich experience of having worked in Planning, Logistics, Physical Distribution, Surface Transport and Scrap Sale.

Mr. Harshana was appointed as Manager Planning in 2000. In 2005, he was promoted as Senior Manager Planning and moved as Senior Manager, Scrap Sale in 2007. In 2011, he was promoted as Head (Logistics System). He was appointed as Head Physical Distribution, in 2014 and later transferred as Head (Surface Transport) in 2015. He was promoted as Chief Operations & New Initiatives in 2020.

Mr. Harshana has been a leader with a proven track record and has significantly contributed towards managing operations & supply chain for industrial by-products across processes – Blast Furnace slag, Steel Making slag, Metallic Scrap & Pooled Iron. He has played a key role in developing new products in collaboration with Marketing & Sales, E&P and R&D to enable continuous value creation from industrial by-products. He has been pivotal in driving Shikhar initiatives for IBMD.

Mr. Manas Kumar Banerjee, a post-graduate in commerce and cost accountant by qualification, joined Tata Steel in 1992 as Sr. Officer (Accounts). He spent his initial years in Collieries Division Jharia and Indirect Tax Section of F&A at Jamshedpur. He was appointed as Head Business Analysis (Procurement Division) in 2007. Since 2015, he has led the department of Finance & Accounts at Kalinganagar as Chief. In 2016, he was appointed as Chief (Finance Centre of Excellence). In 2022, he was given the additional charge of the Direct Tax function.

Mr. Banerjee has rich experience in varied business and finance roles including taxation matters. In his current role, he leads the Direct Tax function, Excellence Projects and Learning & Development for the F&A function at Tata Steel Limited and is designated as Chief - Direct Taxation & Finance Centre of Excellence at Tata Steel.
